The Bedfordshire Hearing Advisory Service is provided by HHAS. The service has been running for its five years and is supported by Horizon Healthcare Limited.
For a county like Bedfordshire, with many rural areas, a mobile service is ideal and saves long journeys into town. This service is provided in Bedford and surrounding villages including Wootton, Harrold, Marston Moretaine, Great Denham, Great Barford, Cranfield, and Kempston. It is also available in Ampthill, Biggleswade, Barton Le Clay, Flitwick, Gamlingay, Leighton Buzzard, Luton and Shefford.

Some' of the clients served by Bedfordshire Hearing recently took part in a survey. Here are a few of their views...
"Visiting my local surgery is by far preferable to having to travel to the hospital avoiding long waits and viruses"
"The young lady was pleasant, helpful and very patient. At 90 years old, I am often treated as though I am stupid. Each time I have attended the medical centre I have received courtesy. The service is excellent."
It has been so very helpful coming to Marston Moretaine surgery, instead of having to get a bus to Bedford Hospital. The young lady is so very kind and helpful when I need advice and always on time with my appointment"
