Poor communication can not only be stressful to people with hearing loss, but can lead to misdiagnosis or delays in receiving treatment.

The "Communication Tactics with Deaf People" training course has been developed to provide good basic communication skills for anyone that comes into contact with people who are deaf or hard of hearing within the health and social care sector.
