This page has information on any changes to the services provided by the Hearing Advisory Service in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Suffolk and West Essex, including changes due to bad weather, staff sickness and venue refurbishment.
Our services do not run on public bank holidays, such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, May Bank Holiday and August Bank Holiday.
The charity is no longer running a clinic at the Health Centre, London Road, Bedford and The Medical Centre, Honeysuckle Way, Bedford.
Due to staff sickness, the clinic on 10th April at Hoddesdon, Health Centre and Ware Bowling Road clinics are CANCELLED.
Buntingford, Health Centre and Letchworth Clinics are also CANCELLED on Wednesday 11th April.

St. Albans Principle Health Centre and Harpenden Public Halls
Due to the way the Bank Holidays fall this year, there will be no clinic on the 1st Monday of April and May at the St. Albans Principle Health Centre and Harpenden Public Halls, we have managed to slot in an extra date for these clinics which is Monday 23rd April.
Ernest Gardiner Day Hospital, Letchworth
Due to increased demand for our service, we have changed the way we work at The Ernest Gardiner Day Hospital.
From January 2018, the service will change from a drop-in system to an appointment-only system. The clinic will continue to run on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
To make an appointment, please phone the Hertfordshire Hearing Advisory Service office on 01707 324582 between Tuesday and Thursday 10.00am - 2.00pm. Please note the Ernest Gardiner Day Hospital will not be able to make appointments.
